Description

Shaded backyard camper van pad with 30 amp hookup and water spigot. Seating area with firepit. Camper pad can accommodate self contained #vanlife vans and Class B campers; unfortunatley we're not able to accomodate trailers at this time. The space is located in a transitional neighborhood just 2 mi from Main St, 1 mi from Cleveland Park, and 1/2 mi from Swamp Rabbit Trail.

Le cadre

Our home is one of several homes recently renovated in a transitional neighborhood near downtown Greenville. We love our neighbors, and feel safe in the neighborhood, but it's not a fancy place in the burbs. There is some foot traffic throughout the day, and several homes nearby have outdoor dogs that bark when people walk by.

Please note, this backyard space is semi-private. In addition to the main house on property, several windows from a neighboring house overlook this space. There are two friendly indoor dogs that live on property. We do our best to clean up after them, but there may be an occasional one we miss in the yard. There is a shed on property that owners may access.

Les emplacements

Shaded backyard, gravel driveway and not quite level camper pad. Backing in will give you the most privacy and ideal setup. You can pull in, but the driveway is rather long and the space probably won't accommodate a turn around.

Les sanitaires

Camper must be self contained- no bathrooms or dumping on site. No heated water, just potable water spigot.

Les équipements

30 amp electrical hookups and potable water. Please note: No sewer hookups or gray water dump.

Les activités

Parking in downtown Greenville:
Greenville has free 2 hour parking on the street. The Richardson Street Garage (see map) is free from 6 p.m. on Fridays to 11:59 p.m. on Sundays. The West Washington Street Deck (see map) is free from 6 p.m. - 6 a.m. Monday - Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. Outside of those times, the first hour of parking in all City parking garages is free, no matter the day or time. After the first free hour, customers will pay $1.50 to park for a second hour, and then $1 per hour thereafter, with a daily maximum of $7.50. Depending on where your event/venue is, there may be free parking nearby.

Public Transportation:
We do have bus stop a couple blocks away from our house that leads straight downtown. $1.50 a ride. See ridegreenlink(dot)com. You'd want route "510 Laurens".
Uber is also available in Greenville

See guidebook/map
